I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and had magnificent river views, which made for a truly memorable experience. The hotel also provided a delicious dinner served in Kaiseki cuisine, and a buffet breakfast that offered a variety of options. The staff were incredibly helpful and recommended a fantastic beef BBQ restaurant that exceeded expectations. Additionally, the prices for the rooms with river views were much more reasonable compared to similar rooms in nearby hotels.
All in all, everything was satisfactory and met my expectations.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the hot springs were definitely the best aspect of our stay. the water was perfect and silky. We enjoyed the fact that they let us stay a bit late in the morning bathing, which was very thoughtful. the air conditioning was also great, which is key when the weather is hot. the location was very convenient, we were able to explore the city easily. the room was spacious and had a gorgeous view of the river. And we loved the traditional Japanese-style decor. the atmosphere was very relaxing.
we missed having a shower in the room, but fortunately, the hot spring on the first floor made up for it.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience I will never forget. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking a beautiful river and the snowy mountains. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by many local shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering us great recommendations and helping with translation. The dinner was beyond delicious, with a variety of local and fresh ingredients. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a buffet of tasty options to choose from.
The walls of the indoor bath seemed a bit dirty which diminished our excitement. the hotel did not offer a shuttle bus, making it a bit challenging to get to and from the rail and bus stations.
